  • cups cool whip free whipped topping thawed
  • oz ready-to-use graham cracker crumb crust reduced-fat
  • servings ice cubes 
  • 0.3 oz jell-o lime flavor gelatin sugar free
  • Tbsp juice of lime 
  • 1.5 tsp lime zest 
  • 0.5 cup water cold
  • 0.7 cup water boiling

Directions

  1. Add boiling water to gelatin mix in large bowl; stir 2 min. until completely dissolved.
  2. Add enough ice to cold water to make 1 cup.
  3. Add to gelatin; stir until ice is melted.
  4. Whisk in COOL WHIP, zest and juice. Refrigerate 15 min. or until mixture is thick enough to mound. Spoon into crust.
  5. Refrigerate 4 hours or until firm.
