  • teaspoons lime rind grated
  • servings garnishes: lime rind curls sweetened
  • 0.3 cup orange liqueur 
  • servings gingersnap crust 
  • 28 ounce condensed milk sweetened canned
  • 0.3 cup tequila 
  • cups whipping cream

Directions

  1. Combine first 5 ingredients in a heavy saucepan over medium heat, stirring often, 20 minutes or until temperature reaches 165; remove from heat. Stir in lime rind; cool completely.
  2. Beat whipping cream at high speed with an electric mixer until soft peaks form. Fold into egg mixture. Spoon into Gingersnap Crust.
  3. Freeze 2 hours or until firm.
  4. Let stand 20 minutes before cutting.
  5. Garnish, if desired.
