  • cloves garlic thinly sliced
  • teaspoon kosher salt 
  • 16 ounces pasta 
  • tablespoon olive oil 
  • 1.5 teaspoons oregano dried
  • 0.3 teaspoon pepper red
  • teaspoon sugar

Directions

  1. Heat the oil in a large saucepan over medium heat.
