  • 15 servings pepper black freshly ground
  • tablespoons basil fresh minced
  • clove garlic minced
  • teaspoon kosher salt plus more to taste
  • tablespoons olive oil extra virgin extra-virgin
  • tablespoon oregano fresh minced
  • 0.3 cup parmesan grated
  • 10 ounce .5 oz. macaroni 
  • pounds tomatoes cored ripe chopped
