  • Tbsp butter melted
  • 0.5 cup crunchy peanut butter 
  • 0.5 cup graham cracker crumbs 
  • pkg jell-o vanilla flavor pudding instant (4-serving size)
  • cup milk 
  • 0.3 cup strawberry preserves 
  • cups cool whip whipped topping divided thawed

Directions

  1. Mix crumbs and butter. Press about 1 Tbsp. of the crumb mixture into each of 12 paper-lined muffin cups; top each with 1 Tbsp. of the whipped topping.
  2. Beat milk and peanut butter with wire whisk in medium bowl until well blended.
  3. Add dry pudding mix; beat 2 minutes or until well blended. Gently stir in remaining 1-1/4 cups whipped topping. Spoon evenly into cups. Top each with 1 tsp. preserves.
  4. Freeze 4 hours or until firm. Peel off paper just before serving.
