Ingredients

  • tablespoons butter melted
  • teaspoons chicken soup base 
  • cups pork cubed cooked
  • 0.5 cup oatmeal cornflakes crushed
  • 0.3 cup flour all-purpose
  • 10 ounces savory vegetable mixed frozen thawed
  • 0.5 cup milk 
  • ounces mushrooms drained canned
  • cups potatoes frozen thawed
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt 
  • 0.3 cup cream sour
  • cup water

Directions

  1. In a saucepan, combine flour, bouillon, salt, water and milk until smooth. Bring to a boil; cook and stir for 2 minutes or until thickened.

  4. Add the sour cream mixture; stir to coat well.
  5. Transfer to a greased shallow 2-qt. baking dish. Toss cornflakes and butter; sprinkle over the top.
  6. Bake, uncovered, at 375° for 30-35 minutes or until heated through.
