Ingredients

  • 12 ounces diestel breakfast sausage 
  • 0.3 cup cheddar cheese grated
  •  eggs beaten
  • teaspoon rosemary leaves fresh finely chopped
  • servings olive oil 
  • pound pizza dough homemade store bought ( or )
  • 0.5 cup spring onion sliced

Directions

  1. Adjust oven rack to middle position and preheat to 375°F.
  2. Brush an 8- by 11-inch pyrex dish with olive oil. Cook sausage in a skillet over medium high heat until sausage is brown and cooked through, about 5 minutes.
  3. Add scallions and continue to cook for 1 minute.
  4. Add rosemary and remove from heat.
