Ingredients

  • 15 oz great northern beans drained canned
  • oz chilis green undrained chopped old el paso® canned
  • 3.5 cups chicken broth progresso® (from 32-oz carton)
  • tablespoons flour all-purpose gold medal®
  • clove garlic finely chopped
  • teaspoons ground cumin 
  • 0.1 teaspoon ground pepper red (cayenne)
  •  lime cut into wedges, if desired
  • 0.5 cup onion chopped
  • 15 oz kidney beans dark red drained progresso® canned
  • lb turkey thighs skinless
  • 0.3 cup water 
  • cup corn syrup white green frozen thawed giant®

Directions

  1. In 4- to 5-quart slow cooker, mix great northern beans, kidney beans, chiles, onion, garlic, cumin, red pepper and broth.
  2. Place turkey on bean mixture.
  3. Cover; cook on Low heat setting 8 to 10 hours.
  4. Remove turkey from cooker to cutting board.
  5. Remove meat from bones; discard bones.
  6. Cut turkey into bite-size pieces.
  7. Add turkey and corn to cooker. In small bowl, mix flour and water; stir into turkey mixture. Increase heat setting to High. Cover; cook 20 to 30 minutes or until thoroughly heated and slightly thickened.
  8. Serve individual servings with lime wedges for squeezing juice over chili.
