Ingredients

  • 0.1 teaspoon double-acting baking powder 
  • 0.1 teaspoon baking soda 
  • 0.3 cup buttermilk 
  • 0.8 cup flour all-purpose
  • 0.3 cup onion chopped
  • 0.1 teaspoon salt 
  • tablespoon shortening 
  • 0.3 cup cheddar cheese shredded

Directions
