Ingredients

  • oz cheddar cheese shredded
  • cup salsa thick
  • 0.5 cup onion finely chopped
  • 0.5 cup cream sour
  • 10.8 oz condensed cream of cheddar cheese soup canned
  • 0.5 teaspoon pepper 
  • 24 oz hash browns frozen thawed ( 8 cups)
  • 0.5 cup breadcrumbs dry
  • 0.3 cup butter melted

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 350°F. Grease 13x9-inch (3-quart) baking dish or pan. In large bowl, mix cheese, salsa, onion, sour cream, soup and pepper.
  2. Add potatoes; mix well.
  3. Spread in baking dish.
  4. In small bowl, mix bread crumbs and melted butter.
  5. Sprinkle over potatoes.
  6. Bake 45 to 60 minutes or until cheese is melted and potatoes are tender.
