Ingredients

  • tablespoon brown sugar packed
  • 0.5 cup cracker crumbs gluten free crushed
  • tablespoon dijon mustard gluten free
  • teaspoon dijon mustard gluten free
  •  eggs 
  • 0.5 cup catsup gluten free
  • tablespoons catsup gluten free
  • 1.5 lb ground beef 80% lean (at least )
  • tablespoons milk 
  • 0.3 cup onion finely chopped
  • 0.3 teaspoon pepper 
  • teaspoon sage dried
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 350F. In large bowl, combine all meatloaf ingredients.
  2. Spread mixture in ungreased 8x4- or 9x5-inch loaf pan.
  3. In small bowl, combine all glaze ingredients.
  4. Spread over meatloaf.
  5. Bake uncovered 1 hour to 1 hour 15 minutes or until thermometer inserted in center of loaf reads 160F.
  6. Drain.
  7. Let stand 5 minutes before slicing.
